You’re feeling stuck. Last year was a tough year for many.

I recently conducted a brief survey here on LinkedIn and asked the following question:

Here’s how people responded.

I have to admit, I didn’t quite see this coming. I was surprised by the number of people who choose a new job in a different company.

That got me thinking.

Many of you are looking to try something new this year. Maybe you have a clear sense of what this is or you’re still trying to figure it out.

Perhaps you’re not feeling challenged in your current role and there is nowhere to go in your company.

Or maybe you don’t foresee a promotion or pay raise becoming a reality anytime soon. This could be because you don’t know how to ask for a promotion or raise and actually get one.

You may be struggling with how to build relationships up, down, and across the organization when everyone is working remotely.

That’s when it hit me. There are a lot of people seeking to elevate their careers this year. Yet, they may not know where to start. Most could benefit from being surrounded by a group of like-minded people who are 100% committed to obtaining their goals this year. So, here’s what I’m going to do.
